• Oversee and manage the end-to-end payroll process for our global workforce, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness. • Develop and implement payroll policies and procedures that comply with local and international regulations, with a familiarity on payroll operations in India. • Perform month end close responsibilities including booking journal entries, reconciliations and reporting for flux review meetings. • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of payroll processes with overall company objectives. • Implement and manage payroll systems and tools that support our growth and enhance operational efficiency. • Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, including tax filings, reporting, and audits. • Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries and issues from employees in a timely and professional manner. • Monitor and analyze payroll metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous process enhancements. • Stay current with industry trends and best practices to ensure our payroll operations remain cutting-edge and competitive.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CPP) is a plus. • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in payroll, preferably within a fintech or technology-driven company. • Extensive knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance requirements in the US and a plus if you have experience managing payroll operations in India. • Proficiency in payroll software and systems, with the ability to implement and optimize new tools and technologies. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners. • High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with care. • The Triple H Factor: Hungry, Humble, Honest • An act-like-an-owner mentality.
