📋 Description
• Provide leadership and design direction for healthcare projects • Lead all aspects of planning, design, and documentation • Perform existing conditions assessments and engineer coordination • Conduct zoning and building code research • Develop master plan options and communicate concepts
🎯 Requirements
• Registered Architect highly preferred • 5+ years’ experience in healthcare programming/planning/design • Ability to develop facility programs and designs • Certificates, Licenses, Registrations ACHA, LEED AP, and EDAC preferred
