• Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, passive outreach, screening, scheduling, and interviewing • Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs, company culture, and role requirements • Develop and post job descriptions across multiple platforms to attract top talent • Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and client hiring teams • Provide guidance on hiring best practices and compliance as well as monitor and report on recruitment metrics and outcomes • Conduct initial candidate assessments and interviews • Travel locally to client sites as needed (Dayton, Mason, Cincinnati, Columbus, Toledo)
• 3+ years of recruiting experience • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (required) • PHR or SHRM-CP certification (preferred)
