📋 Description

• Develop engaging and effective creative assets for social ads on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other channels • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging and corporate identity • Develop creative concepts and turn them into visually compelling designs that support marketing objectives • Continuously analyze and optimize social ad performance based on feedback and performance data • Create visual concepts and assets for landing pages • Produce landing-page assets using our proprietary AI-powered page-builder software • Create reports, infographics, and presentation designs • Develop creatives for Google Display Ads and image extensions

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, ideally with a focus on social media advertising and marketing • Strong proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) • Experience creating static and animated ads for Meta, Instagram, and LinkedIn • Initial experience using AI assistants to develop concepts and visual content • Openness to exploring the possibilities of AI • Ability to understand user needs and develop engaging, functional designs • Strong aesthetic sense and the ability to quickly develop creative and innovative design solutions • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote team • Very good written and spoken German and English • Structured approach to work and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
