📋 Description
• Provide customer support to clients’ customers • Complete e-learning training for assigned clients • Use client-specific knowledge bases and Onepilot technology • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone • Work from home • Resolve tickets, with payment provided per resolved ticket • Ticket rates range from €0.40 to €2, depending on ticket complexity and location
🎯 Requirements
• Comfortable working with new technologies • Enjoy solving problems; curious and dynamic • Enjoy written and verbal communication • Available to work at least 20 hours per week • Must work as a freelancer / self-employed contractor • Complete e-learning training for assigned clients
