📋 Description

• Lead planning and delivery of multiple concurrent projects • Align projects with customer goals and organizational priorities • Build expertise in OneReach.ai Communication Studio and related Voice, SMS, NLU, and low-code/no-code technologies • Develop and maintain account roadmaps • Provide visibility, accountability, and progress reporting across stakeholders • Gather, validate, and communicate technical and business requirements to implementation teams • Identify and manage interdependencies, risks, scope, and resources • Collaborate with delivery, product, and growth teams on priorities, timelines, and deliverables • Serve as the primary client contact • Facilitate design sessions, progress reviews, and key decision meetings • Represent OneReach.ai during onsite customer and partner meetings

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical account management or technical project/program management in a software, automation, or technology-driven environment • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Engineering, or related) or equivalent hands-on experience • Experience working directly with clients or enterprise stakeholders • Strong documentation and organizational skills • Experience producing status reports, risk logs, and delivery dashboards • Understanding of software development lifecycles, system integrations, and automation architectures • Experience translating operational or customer requirements into technical plans • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences • Fluent English (written and spoken) • Independent contractor/B2B arrangement • Registered as self-employed in Canada, or eligible to register as self-employed if needed
