📋 Description

• Lead planning and delivery of multiple concurrent projects • Align projects with customer goals and organizational priorities • Build expertise in OneReach.ai Communication Studio and related Voice, SMS, NLU, and low-code/no-code technologies • Develop and maintain account roadmaps • Provide visibility, accountability, and progress reporting to stakeholders • Gather, validate, and communicate technical and business requirements to implementation teams • Manage interdependencies, risks, scope, and resources across teams • Collaborate with delivery, product, and growth teams on priorities, timelines, and deliverables • Serve as primary client contact • Facilitate design sessions, progress reviews, and key decision meetings • Represent OneReach.ai in onsite customer and partner meetings

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical account management or technical project/program management in a software, automation, or technology-driven environment • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Engineering, or related) or equivalent hands-on experience • Experience working directly with clients or enterprise stakeholders • Strong documentation and organizational skills • Experience producing status reports, risk logs, and delivery dashboards • Understanding of software development lifecycles, system integrations, and automation architectures • Experience translating operational or customer requirements into actionable technical plans • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills • Fluent English, written and spoken • Experience with automation platforms, conversational AI, or SaaS product delivery is nice to have • Previous technical or engineering experience is nice to have • Familiarity with low-code/no-code tools or workflow orchestration systems is nice to have • Experience leading distributed or global delivery teams is nice to have • Eligibility to register as self-employed in Canada if needed for the independent contractor B2B role
