📋 Description

• Engage with customers to understand business needs and expectations • Translate customer needs clearly to the solutions delivery team • Learn and master the OneReach.ai platform • Develop pre-sales demonstrations • Maintain updated client proposals throughout all project stages • Prioritize, plan, and coordinate project development activities • Lead day-to-day development activities across multiple projects • Ensure project documentation is complete and accurate • Consolidate product information from various sources into technical documentation and proposals • Monitor and control project costs, timelines, and profitability margins • Coordinate priorities, timelines, budgets, and daily project activities across multiple projects

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience in client-facing management roles, such as Business Analysis, IT Project Management, or IT Product Ownership • 2+ years of technical experience in software engineering, data engineering, or quality assurance • Track record of translating business visions into practical technical solutions • Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle • Proven experience managing time frames and budgets • Experience in project management within modern software environments, including technical project oversight • Fluent English, written and spoken • Nice to have: knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, and HTML • Nice to have: hands-on experience with REST APIs • Nice to have: familiarity with algorithms, data structures, and cloud solutions • Nice to have: previous exposure to B2B SaaS products • Must be registered as self-employed in Canada or eligible to register as self-employed if needed
