📋 Description

• Research, design, and build ML models across a range of use cases • Work across the full deployment spectrum, including SageMaker, Vertex AI, Azure ML, and containerized Python solutions on raw infrastructure • Collaborate with engineers to integrate models into production environments and uphold MLOps best practices • Preprocess and analyze large datasets and assess data quality and model reliability • Contribute to technical discussions and foster shared learning and continuous improvement • Translate complex ML concepts for technical collaborators and non-technical client stakeholders • Mentor others and serve as a technical anchor influencing project direction

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on ML experience with a track record of shipping models to production • Strong expertise in at least one of predictive/classical ML, computer vision, or LLM/agentic systems • Strong Python and SQL skills, production-code instincts, and Git fluency • R or C++ is a plus • Experience with managed cloud ML services and containerized solutions built from scratch • Familiarity with Docker and EC2-style environments • Deep understanding of ML algorithms, statistical modeling, and optimization • M.S. in a quantitative field, or equivalent depth demonstrated through shipped work • Clear communication skills and ability to explain and defend methodology • Must be based in the US or Canada
