📋 Description

• Lead a portfolio of simple customer implementation projects and support creation of project plans • Monitor tasks, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure quality and timeliness • Create meeting notes, schedules, and project documentation • Build rapport with customers and internal teams; document decisions and route questions • Maintain project status in RocketLane and accurate delivery health reporting • Flag risks early, propose mitigation ideas, and escalate blockers within 24 hours • Learn and apply core PMO standards • Participate in governance activities • Support a positive customer experience through clear communication, expectation management, and timely responses • Learn OSV platforms, delivery processes, and new tools rapidly

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • 0–3 years of experience in project management or program coordination • Comfortable learning new technologies • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in Excel, project tracking tools, and collaboration tools • Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills • Ability to respond effectively to changing priorities • Ability to take ownership of outcomes and follow through on commitments • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time to meet deadlines
