📋 Description

• Manage complex cross-functional consumer product programs, including new product development, packaging, and sustaining initiatives from concept to launch • Collaborate with industrial design, engineering, marketing, and supply chain to define product requirements, priorities, scope, budget, and timelines • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and proactively remove obstacles • Incorporate voice-of-customer feedback from moms throughout the development process • Coordinate packaging, retail, and DTC launch readiness, go-to-market timelines, and cross-functional launch reviews • Develop recommendations, gain alignment, and facilitate decision-making across engineering, marketing, and operations stakeholders • Manage supplier and contract manufacturer relationships with supply chain to ensure on-time, on-quality delivery

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience, with 3+ years of project or program management in consumer products or consumer electronics • Bachelor's degree or higher preferred, or equivalent experience • Experience bringing consumer hardware or CPG products through the full lifecycle, from concept to retail/DTC launch and sustaining • Experience partnering with marketing, industrial design, and supply chain teams to launch products on time and on budget • Familiarity with the maternal health, baby, or wellness product category is a plus • Experience using Atlassian tools such as JIRA & Confluence for project management, analysis, and reporting • Ability to communicate technical problems and solutions clearly to diverse audiences at all levels of the organization • Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive • Agile project management style, approach, and execution • Strong familiarity with project management software tools such as SmartSheet and JIRA/Atlassian, methodologies, and best practices • PMP or PgMP certification preferred
