• Develop and maintain core components of a large-scale Python-based AI agent platform • Work on voice processing, agent orchestration, task scheduling and API integrations • Improve performance, reliability and scalability across the system • Contribute to AI/LLM-driven feature development • Follow secure development and data governance best practices
🎯 Requirements
• Strong experience with Python, including asyncio and concurrency • Experience with Docker, containerised applications and MongoDB • Knowledge of REST API development and integrating external services • Experience with pytest, Git and modern engineering practices • Practical experience with LLM prompt design and optimisation • Strong understanding of security principles and safe data handling.
