📋 Description

• Analyze supply markets: Conduct supplier and market research to assess cost drivers, capacity, performance, and sourcing trends. • Develop data‑driven insights: Maintain historical supplier performance and cost data, and translate sourcing effectiveness into actionable reporting for leadership. • Enable informed decision‑making: Create dashboards, reports, and tools that turn complex supply‑market data into clear business insights. • Optimize sourcing outcomes: Analyze total cost of ownership, supplier capabilities, and organizational demand to strengthen competitiveness across the supplier portfolio. • Recommend sourcing strategies: Advise on sourcing approaches, contract structures, negotiation tactics, and supplier‑specific cost‑reduction opportunities. • Strengthen procurement infrastructure and team capability: Coordinate procurement tools, reporting, and communication channels while providing guidance and mentorship to teammates as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience • 5+ years of relevant experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or a related discipline • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret cost data, market dynamics, and demand patterns • Proficiency with standard office software and purchasing technologies • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team environment
