📋 Description

• Responsible for the success of international consulting projects in the field of digital transformation • Development of Industry 4.0 target visions for international clients in management workshops • Organization and delivery of expert training on the application of the Industry 4.0 Maturity Index • Contribute ideas to the company’s internal development

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, (Business) Informatics/Computer Science or a related field • Practical experience in the manufacturing industry (e.g., Lean, process optimization, digitalization) • Experience working in international project teams and initial leadership experience • Interest in digitalization and technology trends • Very good German and English language skills • Hands-on mentality
