📋 Description

• Own the entire sales process from initial contact through closing • Connect with General Managers, Controllers, and other key decision-makers in auto dealerships • Understand client needs and present tailored solutions • Make outbound calls daily and work from a pool of 80+ leads per month • Build rapport and close deals • Overcome objections, perform needs analyses, and present cost comparisons • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities with existing clients • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless post-sales client experience • Use Salesforce to track activities, manage the pipeline, and prioritize efforts • Close an average of 57 sales per month, with sales cycles ranging from 7 to 60 days

🎯 Requirements

• Sales experience; B2B experience is a plus • Exceptional communication skills over the phone and in writing • Ability to engage people and build relationships • Self-motivation and resilience in a competitive, performance-driven environment • Ability to collaborate while working independently • Strong work ethic and drive to exceed goals and expectations • Ability to handle a variety of tasks and projects while maintaining focus on results • Bachelor's Degree preferred in a relevant field • Ability to use Salesforce to track activities, manage the pipeline, and prioritize efforts effectively
