OpenLoop serves health plans, hospitals and health systems, retailers, employers and digital health companies with AI-powered operations, a nationwide clinician network and broad insurance coverage including Medicare and Medicaid.

📋 Description

• Configure and test medication SKUs, strengths, dose levels, and fill cadences in the ordering platform • Configure titration schedules and verify dose-to-product, strength, and quantity mappings • Reconcile clinical protocols with pharmacy inventory and calculate unit and volume values when concentrations differ • Coordinate builds with Clinical, Implementation, and pharmacy partner teams • Participate in project intake meetings and own assigned projects end to end • Prioritize work across concurrent builds and deadlines, escalating conflicts • Test configurations before provider activation and troubleshoot issues • Execute state-by-state routing and volume-move changes according to planning guidance • Identify and close configuration gaps supporting 50-state coverage • Monitor pharmacy integrations, troubleshoot configuration errors, and escalate systemic issues • Report platform issues to development with detailed failure descriptions and improvement suggestions • Document and maintain build procedures • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience • 3+ years in a configuration, operations, analyst, or coordinator role where accuracy carried real consequence • Exceptional attention to detail for repetitive, structured work • Strong communication skills and proactive stakeholder coordination • Demonstrated problem-solving ability • Ability to manage concurrent deliverables with minimal oversight • Ability to quickly learn and confidently use a proprietary internal system • Proficiency with spreadsheets, including lookups, pivot tables, and structured data • Persistence with detailed and difficult work • Preferred: experience configuring products, catalogs, or SKUs in an internal platform or ordering system • Preferred: healthcare, pharmacy, or regulated-operations exposure • Preferred: experience with EHR, pharmacy management, e-commerce, or workflow-configuration systems • Preferred: exposure to APIs, JSON, or systems integrations • Preferred: experience with controlled specifications, protocols, or approved documentation • Preferred: SQL familiarity • Preferred: startup or high-growth environment experience
