📋 Description

• Process end-to-end payroll for W-2 employees and 1099 contractors across multiple states and EINs. • Ensure accurate payroll tax filings and payments at the federal, state, and local levels. • Respond to and resolve tax agency notices; support audits as needed. • Reconcile payroll data, identify discrepancies, and take corrective action. • Collaborate with People and Finance teams to maintain data accuracy and improve processes. • Provide timely, professional support to employees regarding payroll inquiries. • Other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in payroll processing and complex payroll tax compliance/registration required. • Experience with multi-state and multi-EIN payroll operations highly preferred. • Strong understanding of payroll tax regulations and reporting requirements required. • Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive problem solver. • High level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive data. • Experience with payroll systems such as Rippling, ADP, Gusto, or similar. • Adaptable to new systems and able to troubleshoot integration issues.
