📋 Description

• Build and improve rules, heuristics, and models driving model and provider routing systems • Build analytics products and conduct deep-dive analyses to help users understand usage, diagnose issues, and optimize workflows • Design and ship user-facing data features, including task-type classification taxonomies and public model-performance rankings • Define and track product metrics such as feature adoption, user engagement, and platform health • Tie insights to product roadmap and architectural decisions • Contribute to the dbt and ClickHouse data warehouse foundation • Partner with customer-facing, engineering, and product teams to turn insights into shipped features • Own analytical questions end to end, from problem framing through data investigation and delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Experience building and shipping production-level data products, including models, algorithms, classifiers, scoring systems, or automated processes • Ability to partner with engineering and product teams to convert insights and analytics into customer-facing features • Strong SQL skills, including complex, performant queries on large-scale analytical databases such as ClickHouse or BigQuery • Deep fluency with AI and agents, including model evaluation, prompt engineering, and the agentic ecosystem • Strong statistical and mathematical foundations in distributions, causal inference, and experimental design • Proficiency in Python or a similar scripting language for prototyping models, running simulations, and building data pipelines • 4+ years of relevant experience in data science, applied ML, or quantitative product roles at a high-growth company • Product-oriented approach and strong product sense • Ability to work independently in fast-moving, low-structure environments • Heavy use of coding agents, MCP servers, and modern AI tools • Strong problem-solving ability and ability to navigate ambiguity • Strong written communication for technical and non-technical audiences • Experience with LLM evaluation and benchmarking, developer platforms, APIs/SDKs, usage-based products, NLP, machine learning engineering, or TypeScript is a bonus
