📋 Description

• Act as a Sourcing Manager and deliver projects in all aspects of the sourcing process. • Develop sourcing strategies and programs aligning with strategic objectives. • Enhance supplier relationships; ensure commitments are fulfilled to meet internal client’s needs. • Lead RFx processes and cross-functional sourcing initiatives. • Manage supplier selection using data-driven insights and analytics. • Optimize supplier performance, ensuring contract compliance and cost efficiency. • Support financial planning, budgeting, and sourcing activity forecasting. • Drive continuous improvement and identify industry trends to enhance procurement strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Strategic Sourcing & Category Management; program/project experience required. • 3+ years managing marketing, media, agency, or events procurement categories. • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Supply Chain; certification an asset. • Strong knowledge of business processes, controls, and continuous improvement. • Global mindset; international experience preferred. • Leverage AI and analytics to enhance sourcing, reduce costs, and manage risk. • High degree of business ethics and accountability. • Strong understanding of marketing procurement categories and consulting firm procurement. • Strong familiarity with scope definition and control, and resource profile assessment. • Communicate effectively and influence stakeholders across all levels. • Prioritize and deliver in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. • Strong negotiation skills with confidence and decision-making capabilities. • Drive cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement initiatives.
