📋 Description

• Conduct online psychological consultations and therapy sessions. • Assess client concerns and formulate appropriate treatment plans. • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. • Provide evidence-based interventions tailored to client needs. • Monitor client progress and modify treatment strategies when required. • Collaborate with the clinical team for referrals and case discussions. • Adhere to professional ethics, confidentiality, and organizational policies. • Participate in supervision, training, and quality improvement initiatives as required.

🎯 Requirements

• Master's Degree in Psychology (Clinical/Counseling/Applied Psychology or related field). • Minimum 1 year of counseling/therapy experience preferred. • Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic approaches. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment. • Reliable internet connection and a private workspace. • Commitment to ethical and confidential practice.
