📋 Description

• Configure and maintain all HRMS modules/functions • Ensure optimal system performance and data accuracy • Manage integrations and interfaces with internal and external systems • Lead and manage system upgrades, enhancements, and releases • Ensure compliance with SOX and ITGC audit requirements • Conduct audits regularly as needed • Develop, maintain, and deliver standard and ad hoc reports • Proactively identify and implement automation opportunities • Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolution • Lead and conduct Alpha and Beta testing

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a closely related field • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HRIS Systems Analyst or similar role • Hands-on experience in the configuration and optimization of a complex, comprehensive HRMS • Working knowledge of HR operations and associated processes • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables, data analysis) • Proven experience in platform and system configuration • Experience in system and process automation optimization • Experience in creation, testing, monitoring, and managing file feeds • Experience in creation of complex, custom reports • Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills
