• Own OpsLevel messaging across the homepage, sales pitch, and other materials • Take product releases to market through launch plans, release notes, customer communications, and product content • Own competitive positioning, comparisons, objection handling, and sales pitch content • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to turn market feedback into positioning, content, and product feedback • Plan and run multi-channel demand generation campaigns across paid ads, email, social, webinars, and events • Own the marketing funnel, conversion analysis, attribution, lead routing, list hygiene, MQL definition, and sales handoff • Run weekly experiments using hypotheses, goals, testing, and results analysis • Develop demand generation strategy with sales and leadership and report actionable performance results • Own OpsLevel’s brand voice across the website, social channels, and content • Manage social presence and content calendar • Create blog posts, case studies, one-pagers, and campaign copy • Optimize traditional SEO and visibility in AI answers (AEO) • Maintain website and landing pages to align with messaging and improve conversion
• Experience marketing to an engineering audience • Breadth across product marketing, demand generation, and brand/content, with deep ownership in at least one area • Strong analytical thinking and ability to adjust based on data • Some experience working at a startup or scale-up • Active day-to-day use of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and design/image-generation tools • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and self-direct • Design taste and ability to create compelling visual and written work • Hands-on paid advertising experience on Google, LinkedIn, or Reddit (nice-to-have) • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, and marketing SaaS tools (nice-to-have) • Experience supporting in-person events or conferences (nice-to-have) • Podcast, video, or multimedia content experience (nice-to-have) • Currently hiring only in North America • Ability to work in the selected country and provide work authorization information
