📋 Description

• Install OPTEL systems at client sites in accordance with established standards • Carry out mechanical and electrical installation while ensuring compliance with quality standards • Collaborate with the technical support and factory design team to diagnose and resolve issues • Train end-users on the proper use of OPTEL systems • Prepare complete and accurate installation reports • Support clients during system qualification • Perform maintenance and repair on installed systems, as requested by the customer service department • Conduct engineering visits when required • Produce detailed service reports • Identify potential sales opportunities (new contracts, complementary systems)

🎯 Requirements

• College diploma in electronics, computer science, electromechanics, or related field, or equivalent experience • Strong knowledge in computer science and electronics • Experience in the pharmaceutical, food, or cosmetics industries (asset) • Hands-on experience in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, and/or electronic equipment • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues clearly • Excellent time management, prioritization, and ability to work effectively under pressure • Strong client orientation and solid teamwork skills • Resourcefulness, adaptability, versatility, and flexibility • Availability to travel approximately three weeks per month • Valid driver’s license and passport • High curiosity and willingness to learn and adopt new technologies, particularly artificial intelligence.
