📋 Description

• We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team at Investments Optimized. • You will play a vital role in attracting and hiring top talent for our company. • You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill various positions within the organization. • This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about finding the right fit between candidates and our company. • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies. • Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks. • Review resumes and applications to determine candidate suitability. • Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess qualifications and fit. • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers. • Provide a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. • Perform reference checks and background screenings. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system. • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment. • Collaborate with the HR team to improve recruitment processes and strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field • Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role within the Staffing and Recruiting industry • Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software • Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information • Experience with diversity and inclusion recruitment strategies is a plus
