📋 Description

• Lead technical execution across endpoint agent and backend services • Translate priorities and technical directions into clear plans • Turn architecture and design decisions into implementation plans • Manage, mentor, and develop engineers through coaching and feedback • Run an effective cadence for planning and retrospectives • Hold the team accountable for commitments and quality • Manage capacity, sequencing, and dependencies

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in engineering leadership, including direct people management • Experience as a technical or team lead, ideally at a startup • Strong judgment about decision making • A track record leading teams on data-intensive, high-throughput distributed systems • Real experience using agentic coding tools like Claude Code, Codex, or OpenCode • High agency and comfort in an early-stage or fast-scaling environment
