âą Bachelor's degree âą 8+ years of experience in health insurance, product strategy, ACA marketplace, or small group product fields âą Experience leading a team without authority and building/developing processes that lead to improved speed to market âą Experience supporting or managing product lifecycle execution, including design and launch âą Experience working in a matrixed environment âą Experience managing complex programs (e.g., growth, product innovation) with multiple matrixed partners âą Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
