📋 Description

• Launch Oscilar’s marketing presence in new regional markets from zero • Run outbound, paid, and event campaigns simultaneously across multiple markets • Localize and adapt campaign messaging, creative, and landing pages for regional audiences • Partner with Sales to build regional pipeline and account penetration strategies • Manage regional marketing budget and report on pipeline contribution by market • Iterate rapidly: launch campaigns, read the results, adjust, and relaunch • Build the repeatable playbook that future regional marketers will follow

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7+ years in B2B growth or demand generation marketing • Proven experience launching marketing programs in new regions or markets where no playbook existed • Hands-on across outbound, paid, and events • Track record of generating pipeline in international markets • Fluent in the modern growth stack: Clay, Outreach, HeyReach, Nooks, Cargo, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Framer (or equivalents) • Fluent in English. Spanish or Portuguese strongly preferred
