📋 Description

• Develop and execute strategic medical plans and tactics for assigned product • Provide clinical and medical insights to support various teams (HEOR, publications, marketing, etc.) • Lead evidence generation planning including post-marketing data generation plans • Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues and external healthcare providers • Manage external providers, creating and delivering scientific and medical content • Review educational grants and provide guidance on promotional and medical materials

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology setting within Medical Affairs or related role • Direct Medical Affairs strategy experience required • Product launch experience preferred • Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communications • Shows strength in medical planning, tactical plan development and execution • Ability to critically analyze research design, methods, and outcome measures • Experience in successfully leading cross-functional matrix teams • Knowledge of rules and regulations in pharma • Doctorate Degree (MD/DO, PharmD, PhD) or equivalent required with expert knowledge or training in neurology, psychiatry, neuroscience, or neurophysiology preferred
