📋 Description
• Serve as a primary point of contact for resolving complex technical issues and system errors • Provide day-to-day technical support to end-users • Provide guidance in and assist in coordinating testing and validation activities for system changes, enhancements, and upgrades • Lead efforts to optimize the performance and usability of the EHR system • Coordinate collaborative efforts with cross-functional teams • Provide training and mentorship to junior analysts and end-users
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree required • 3 - 5 years of applicable IT or healthcare experience required • Epic 'Beaker' certification or accreditation required • Excellent analytical, organization, and verbal communication skills • Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and terminology
