📋 Description

• Search, identify, and headhunt legal professionals and candidates across specialized recruitment databases and online channels • Search, filter, and organize candidate pools within internal applicant tracking systems and candidate databases • Conduct initial candidate outreach • Evaluate candidate backgrounds against specific client mandates • Conduct preliminary phone/video screenings • Submit qualified candidate profiles and CVs to recruitment consultants in a timely manner • Support dedicated short-term, project-based, or ongoing contract search projects • Work closely with recruitment consultants to deliver qualified candidates across legal search mandates

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment, candidate sourcing, or talent acquisition • Prior recruitment agency background preferred • Strong communication skills and comfort speaking directly with prospective candidates • Technical proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), database search algorithms, and online sourcing tools • Ability to quickly understand job requirements and legal sector context without extensive technical onboarding • Strong organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously • Availability for project-based, monthly retainer, or secondment engagement models
