📋 Description

• Provide tactical support to sales, service, clinical, and marketing efforts focused on clinical application, clinician education, program education, and product training for the Tablo Hemodialysis System • Lead clinical partnerships with customers across acute, post-acute, and home dialysis environments • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers and support day-to-day program execution • Support program implementations, go-lives, training, and post-implementation follow-up • Provide clinical application support and clinician education • Prepare for and participate in Clinical Business Reviews by gathering data, supporting presentations, and engaging customer stakeholders • Conduct regular customer site visits to support adoption and improve care quality, workflow efficiency, and program performance • Engage with case management and discharge planning to enhance patient flow and throughput • Partner with Sales, Service, Clinical, Marketing, and other internal teams • Participate in internal escalation processes to investigate, communicate, and resolve customer issues • Ensure sufficient consumable inventory and drive utilization and workflow efficiency • Review and refine program offerings using current research and best practices • Maintain working knowledge of Outset products, clinical programs, policies, and procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in nursing • 2+ years of dialysis experience or related field • Knowledge in compliance regulations and standards • Strong communication and leadership skills • Familiarity with developing a business plan and ROI • Familiarity with the health system accreditation process • Familiarity with process and quality improvement • Competence translating data and analytics into action plans • Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Willingness to travel extensively, up to 75% • Home Hemodialysis experience strongly preferred • Direct patient care preferred • Experience with insourced Tablo dialysis delivery and direct patient treatment on Tablo preferred • National nursing certification preferred • Nursing leadership experience preferred • BLS & ACLS required; if not upon hire, within the first six months
