📋 Description

• Handle incoming phone calls, contacts, and emails within the CRM; ensure accurate logging, follow-ups, and client relationship tracking. • Organize and post photos, videos, and content to maintain brand visibility; ensure all digital media is properly categorized and stored in Google Drive by event and type. • Maintain and update the executive’s calendar, set reminders, and keep the schedule on track; coordinate and confirm meetings, interviews, and speaking engagements. • Assist in building and supporting a member community by serving as the primary point of contact, answering questions, and facilitating engagement to strengthen connections. • Conduct outreach by phone and LinkedIn to connect with decision makers, set up promotional interviews for the executive, and schedule meetings to expand business opportunities. • Perform thorough online research to support projects, events, and strategic initiatives; provide general administrative assistance to keep operations smooth and organized.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year in an executive support or administrative role; industry experience in coaching, consulting, or personal brand management preferred. • Strong skills with CRMs, Google Drive, and digital organization; ability to learn and use new applications quickly. • Exceptional ability to manage contacts, calendars, files, and reminders with accuracy and attention to detail. • Professional phone and email etiquette with the ability to confidently engage decision makers and community members. • Strong online research skills to gather relevant data, insights, and opportunities that support business development. • Ability to follow instructions very well, manage shifting priorities, and provide consistent, reliable support in a fast-paced environment.
