• Develop and execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and search intent mapping • Optimise website structure, content, metadata, internal linking, and page speed • Identify and resolve technical SEO issues (indexing, crawl errors, Core Web Vitals, schema, etc.) • Collaborate with content and web teams to improve organic rankings and conversions • Monitor and report on SEO performance using GA4, Google Search Console, and SEO tools • Plan, build, launch, and optimise Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube if applicable) • Conduct keyword research, ad copy writing, and A/B testing • Manage budgets, bids, audiences, and conversion tracking • Monitor cost per lead/acquisition and continuously optimise for ROI • Implement remarketing and audience-based campaigns • Ensure accurate tracking via GTM, GA4, and conversion tags • Produce regular performance reports and insights (weekly/monthly) • Track rankings, traffic, conversions, CPA, ROAS, and lead quality • Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement • Make clear recommendations aligned to business goals.
• 3+ years’ experience in SEO and PPC roles • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads • Solid understanding of technical SEO principles • Experience with GA4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager • Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g. SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog or similar) • Ability to analyse data and communicate insights clearly • Strong attention to detail and a performance-driven mindset.
