• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience as a virtual assistant, admin assistant, or similar support role; industry experience in photography, creative arts, interior design, or sustainable living is highly preferred. • Extremely organized, thorough, and attentive to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining accuracy and follow-through. • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a polished, client-facing tone and a collaborative approach to teamwork. • A good eye for aesthetics and layout; proficiency with design tools or platforms (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express) is highly preferred, as well as comfort supporting rebranding and visual projects. • Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision, consistently anticipating needs before they arise. • Comfortable learning and implementing new systems or tools for scheduling, workflow management, file sharing, and client communication. • Experience using Notion and HoneyBook, as well as platforms such as WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, Etsy, and Google Workspace is preferred but not required.
