📋 Description

• Use existing Sketchup models to provide additional detail on architectural plans for construction drawings • Create elevations for each space with carefully checked measurements for electrical, plumbing etc. • Create attractive designs and layouts for various projects • Communicate effectively with client, vendors and team to address client's needs • Prepare presentations (3D mock-ups and renderings) for clients • Create quotes for clients and ensure full workflow is followed • Maintain industry knowledge to stay relevant • Documentation and record-keeping • Communication and vendor management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • 2-3 years of experience in related field • Expert in Sketchup 3D Program • Strong knowledge of interior design or construction • Strong creative and communication skills • Demonstrated ability to execute • Clear communication, fact-checking, and providing any insights on projects is a must
