📋 Description

• Lead fullstack engineering team(s) across Launch and Websites, building product surfaces restaurant owners use to launch, activate, and grow on Owner • Collaborate with Design, Product, and AI Agents teams on high-impact initiatives, including self-serve activation flows and AI-powered website generation • Define and evolve architecture for a fast-moving, AI-augmented product surface • Partner on cross-team technical direction • Hire, grow, and retain exceptional engineers • Foster simplicity, quality, and continuous improvement across teams • Contribute to code and architecture reviews • Unblock teams and lead by example when needed • Align initiatives with company goals alongside Product, Design, Customer Success, and GTM • Report to the Senior Engineering Manager of PLG • Partner with Design, PMs, and stakeholders across the company

🎯 Requirements

• Approximately 3 years of experience in software engineering management leading fullstack product engineering teams, preferably in high-growth environments • Track record of leading high-performing, engaged full-stack engineering teams • Experience leading product engineering teams rather than purely backend-platform or purely frontend teams • Strong product sense and ability to balance speed, quality, and user impact • Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React • Experience with backend systems such as Node.js • Strong cross-functional collaboration experience • Comfortable remaining hands-on and coding • Growth or PLG experience is a plus, desirable but not required
