📋 Description

• Own enablement across the full customer journey, including onboarding and ramp, ongoing skill development, and adaptation to new products and workflows • Design and roll out sales methodology training covering discovery, pain quantification, and selling across multiple product lines • Build scalable, AI-enabled systems for training and content delivery • Partner with technical teams to define product and positioning information needed for consistent training • Train frontline sales and Customer Success managers on coaching and management practices • Build systems that help managers reinforce methodology across teams • Tie enablement work to metrics such as time to first call, ramp velocity, and call quality • Identify top-performer practices and build repeatable systems • Determine enablement structure across inbound, outbound, launch, and success motions • Build and develop the enablement team over time • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Customer Support, Product, and People • Report to the Chief Revenue Officer • Travel to the sales office in Toronto

🎯 Requirements

• Track record of building an enablement function or methodology from the ground up, ideally at a company that scaled from early-stage through high growth • Experience owning enablement across the full customer lifecycle, including sales, onboarding, ongoing skill development, and success/retention/expansion • Direct experience selling or enabling in an SMB or high-velocity sales motion • Understanding of how SMB or high-velocity sales differs from enterprise, procurement-driven selling • A framework or methodology built or trained at a previous company, with evidence of measurable improvements in seller performance • Comfort using AI tools to build scalable enablement systems • Pragmatic, business-first approach to enablement • Experience training and coaching frontline managers on management fundamentals • Builder's mindset and willingness to be hands-on • Must be based in the United States or Canada
