📋 Description

• Own the launch experience end-to-end, including product surfaces, flows, and communications taking owners from Grader scan to live on Owner • Build automation, tooling, and AI-assisted setup to reduce manual effort and increase launches per launch specialist • Build upgrade flows and AI-powered moments to grow self-serve ARR • Surface proof of value at every step for restaurant owners • Partner with the AI Agents and Owner App teams to integrate AI-powered features into the launch journey

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, with meaningful time shipping customer-facing product features • Extensive TypeScript experience • Strong React skills • Experience scaling with React, Next.js and/or Node.js, MongoDB • Experience building onboarding, activation, or upgrade flows • Experience at a product-focused startup or scale-up shipping end-to-end with a small team • High degree of cross-functional collaboration • Strong sense of ownership and drive • Excellent communication • Proactive approach to identifying and solving problems • Must be currently and permanently based in the United States or Canada • Must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future
