• Own, organize, and streamline our creative production pipeline, ensuring we have the right volume and variety of creative to support rapid testing and scale. • Manage our creative tracker and testing backlog so we can launch ads faster, more consistently, and with fewer bottlenecks. • Review and QA ad creative for brand alignment, accurate product information, and strategic fit before launch. • Conduct biweekly competitor deep dives and trend analyses to uncover creative opportunities and inspire new concepts. • Build and maintain a creative testing roadmap and insights tracker, sharing performance learnings with both internal and external production partners. • Analyze creative performance across key engagement metrics (CTR, CVR, thumbstop rate, CPA, CPM, etc.) and surface actionable insights that improve efficiency and unlock new creative angles. • Work closely with the Growth Marketing Managers to support broader channel strategy by freeing up their time to focus on forecasting, optimization, and long-term planning.
• 3+ years experience in paid social creative strategy or performance-focused marketing roles. • Hands-on experience with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok required; YouTube and Google Ads experience is a plus. • Strong understanding of creative testing frameworks, iteration processes, and paid social engagement metrics (CTR, CVR, thumbstop rate, CPA, CPM). • Ability to analyze creative performance data and translate insights into clear recommendations. • Proficiency with creative workflow and analytics tools (Notion, Motion, Atria) and marketing platforms (HubSpot, Excel—Excel is a must). • Experience managing creative production cycles — either in-house or at an agency. (Agency-only experience is totally acceptable.) • Exceptional organization, communication, and project management skills. • A proactive, detail-oriented operator who can bring order to ambiguity and move projects forward with velocity.
