📋 Description

• Understand the entire product lifecycle across different departments, including technical features and commercial considerations. • Perform development work across various microservices. • Work closely with developers, product managers, and sales teams to relay customer feedback and translate it into actionable internal objectives. • Drive technical improvements and initiatives related to product infrastructure, performance, and feature sets. • Collaborate across departments and lead initiatives independently. • Advocate for customer needs and pain points in product decisions related to functionality and performance.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in backend development, with a strong focus on customer-centric products. • Proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript, or other relevant backend languages. • Deep understanding of backend architecture, including microservices, API design, and design patterns. • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and associated services such as serverless computing and databases. • Active and proficient use of AI tools such as Copilot and LLMs. • Proven problem-solving abilities with a track record of delivering performant, scalable solutions. • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, working effectively with globally distributed teams. • Experience in agile development practices and CI/CD pipelines.
