• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet or exceed assigned sales and billed revenue objectives • Build and expand relationships with valuable customers and prospects • Generate new sales opportunities through various prospecting and account penetration strategies • Establish relationships with potential customers to sell Ozmo's SaaS products and services • Penetrate target accounts in key sectors • Steward deals through all facets of the sales process • Utilize AI-driven tools to improve sales efficiency • Customize and deliver live sales presentations and proposals • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify areas of improvement • Stay abreast of the competitive landscape and emerging technologies
• 4+ years of proven and sustained success in a technical, enterprise sales environment • Strong technical acumen with the ability to think through sales strategies and solutions • Ability to quickly learn new topics, technologies, and processes • Strong dedication to results and a "whatever it takes" approach • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, non-traditional work environment • Strong understanding of today’s technology landscape, including AI, ML, 5G, VoIP, and UC • Proximity to a major airport and willingness to travel as needed. • Proficiency in Spanish sufficient to sell effectively using the language is a plus but not required.
