• Participate in discharge planning, development and implementation of activity care plans and resident assessments. • Oversee the facility’s provision of quality care, operational functioning, and monitoring census on a daily basis. • Formulate and monitor the facility’s budget and performance. • Ensure compliance with staffing level requirements, and monitor policy and procedural changes. • Support Clinical efforts by understanding QA measures, and hold applicable personnel accountable. • Manage multiple levels of employees, including hiring, training, and addressing complaints.
• Must possess, as a minimum, a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university, or equivalent. • Master’s Degree or MBA preferred. • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and employees. • Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations. • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. • Must maintain licensing credentials for an Administrator.
