📋 Description

• Review and guide project schedules created by project coordinators and superintendents to keep jobs on time • Apply residential construction sequencing and critical-path knowledge • Help manage the design and selections process, ensuring selections are finalized and materials ordered early • Read and interpret design documents, distinguishing structural from electrical plans and new construction from existing remodel structures • Use project data to identify at-risk jobs and help the team improve progress daily • Coordinate with project coordinators, superintendents, design teams, and clients • Support a US-based construction company specializing in residential remodeling and renovation projects

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing residential remodeling and renovation projects; commercial-only experience is not a fit • Track record of personally creating and owning the full project schedule • Strong understanding of construction sequencing and critical path planning • Ability to read and interpret structural, electrical, and architectural construction documents • Comfort working with design and selections processes and material lead times • Data-driven approach to keeping projects on schedule • Experience guiding or supporting other coordinators or site supervisors is a strong plus • Fluent, professional English, written and spoken • Proficiency with project management and scheduling software; BuilderTrend, Procore, or MS Project a plus • 8th generation or higher Intel Core i5 processor or equivalent • Microsoft Windows 11 or higher operating system • 16GB of installed physical memory (RAM) • Two monitors: one at least 15 inches and the other at least 24 inches; two 24-inch monitors preferred • Separate mouse if using a laptop • Internet speeds of 50/5 Mbps download/upload • Webcam with clear audio and video for video conferencing • Headset and dedicated quiet space free of noise and distractions
