📋 Description
• Help grow the investor side of Paires • Work alongside senior investor team on live mandates • Qualify allocators, prepare briefs, run follow-ups, and manage investor relationships • Identify family offices and HNWIs who back US startups • Build a personal book of relationships and manage them
🎯 Requirements
• Started building an allocator network for real, through a seat in wealth management, private banking, a family office, placement, or your own hustle. • Can explain your method of finding the right investors • Know what your investors actually do with their money, ideally including direct allocations into US startups • Listen more than pitch, treating discretion as a reflex • Work like it's 2026 with AI tooling running the pipeline and prep
