📋 Description

• Lead high-priority operational initiatives from conception to completion • Manage complex, cross-functional projects, including new program launches, backend operational efficiencies, and AI-driven quality improvements • Diagnose and resolve operational bottlenecks by introducing new capabilities and tools • Deploy quickly as a generalist problem-solver to urgent, high-leverage opportunities across the organization • Collaborate with stakeholders to align goals, measure outcomes, and iterate on programs • Build scalable systems that support growth and improve clinical and non-clinical team performance • Report to the SVP of Central Operations

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in operations, project management, consulting, or healthcare delivery • 2+ years of experience in a high-growth healthcare company, preferably serving Medicaid or Medicare patients in a value-based care model • Ideally, experience including Medicare risk adjustment and/or revenue cycle management • Proven ability to lead large, ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives from 0 to 1 • Strong project management skills, including prioritization, structuring work, and driving execution across teams • Analytical mindset with systems-building instincts and a track record of driving execution • Strong desire to work in a fast-paced, complex early-stage startup environment with minimal decision-making barriers • Passion for helping individuals experiencing complex chronic needs such as homelessness, severe mental illness, and substance use disorder • Must satisfy employment eligibility verification through E-Verify • Employment offer conditioned on passing a pre-employment background check
