📋 Description

• Serve as the primary contact between the sponsor and the organization at the project level • Ensure escalation pathways are adhered to internally and externally • Establish clear responsibilities and communication pathways for secondary project leads when required • Drive and own overall cross-functional project delivery across time, cost, and quality • Manage project-level financial stewardship, including contract understanding, resource alignment, out-of-scope activity, change modification processes, negotiations, and timelines • Establish, communicate, and manage customer expectations • Drive risk identification and issue resolution at project level • Ensure compliance with organization policies, SOPs, ICH-GCP, regulatory requirements, and project-specific requirements • Mentor team members • Develop or contribute to process improvement initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification • 8+ years of comparable relevant experience • Demonstrated clinical trial project management experience with eCOA systems and Rater Training/Readiness • Technical and systems competency, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CTMS, Preclarus, and Clarity • Ability to delegate and prioritize workload and resources in a changing environment • Effective oral and written communication and presentation skills • In-depth therapeutic area knowledge and clinical development guidelines and directives • Advanced knowledge of cross-functional project management principles covering time, quality, and cost • Ability to lead, motivate, and coordinate cross-functional project teams • Strong customer service, judgment, decision-making, critical thinking, analytical thinking, strategic thinking, negotiation, financial acumen, and cross-cultural awareness • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Compliance knowledge covering organization policies, SOPs, ICH-GCP, regulatory, and project-specific requirements
