• Manage a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring high levels of engagement and retention (main focus: German market, clients in Germany and Austria) • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize account value and increase customer adoption • Lead contract renewal discussions and secure long-term commitments from clients • Develop strong relationships with decision-makers in municipalities, engineering firms, and inspection companies • Act as trusted advisor, helping clients understand the ROI of Pallon’s solutions and providing strategic guidance on sewer management processes • Ensure seamless onboarding of new users within existing accounts to expand product usage • Track account health metrics and proactively address risks to reduce churn • Collaborate closely with Sales representatives, Customer Success Managers, and Technical Support Engineers

🎯 Requirements

• +3 years of experience in B2B account management, customer success, or consultative sales, ideally in SaaS, AI, industrial technology, or infrastructure-related industries • Fluency in German & English required • Proven track record of expanding customer accounts, increasing contract values, and securing renewals • Strong consultative sales skills, with experience in upselling, cross-selling, and negotiating long-term contracts • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in municipalities, engineering firms, or inspection companies • Experience in customer engagement strategies to proactively identify and address client needs and improve retention • Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot or similar) for tracking account performance and managing renewals • Prior experience managing accounts in municipalities, engineering firms, or infrastructure-related industries (preferred) • Experience working in a fast-growing startup or scale-up environment (preferred) • Work permit for the country you would be working from (asked in application) • Must be within a timezone +/- 1 hour of Zurich (asked in application)
