📋 Description

• Build value-based business cases for cybersecurity investment • Lead cross-functional engagement teams involving customer executives, sales teams, solution consultants, and other functional groups • Shape and drive cybersecurity and digital transformation capabilities for customers • Provide expert guidance on value-based selling methodologies • Synthesize engagement experiences into reusable content, frameworks, and thought leadership • Develop and deliver value-focused training sessions and workshops for customers and internal teams • Influence field sales strategies for key accounts by elevating the business value function internally • Coach team members on identifying C-level strategic issues, assessing process capabilities, and developing business cases for IT and security transformation • Create and deploy industry-specific value-selling tools, programs, and initiatives for sales, alliances, and marketing teams

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience focusing on business transformation, or 10+ years with an advanced degree • Experience preferably with a top management consulting firm or technology company • Expertise building business cases with in-depth financial analysis and ROI/TCO modeling • Strong executive presence and situational awareness • Proven track record influencing C-suite leaders • Ability to foster accountability and build consensus across diverse teams and customer stakeholders • Exceptional problem-solving skills using consulting frameworks and methodologies • MBA or equivalent military experience preferred • Experience in Cyber Risk Assessment, Cybersecurity, and Cloud Sales & Strategy preferred • Ability to quickly adapt and contribute to projects across various industries • No immigration sponsorship; applicants must not require work visa sponsorship
