📋 Description

• Lead complex enterprise deployments of the Idira EPM solution through deployment, configuration, and management • Design and architect EPM rollouts to meet customer security requirements • Advise customers on satisfying business requirements with EPM policies • Demonstrate understanding of enterprise endpoint and privileged management • Develop and maintain positive and productive customer relationships • Broker communications between customers and Palo Alto Networks internal teams • Resolve customer escalations while managing expectations and ensuring customer satisfaction • Assist with initial drafts of design, architecture, and planning documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Security, or a similar discipline • 2 or more years of experience in a technical role deploying enterprise endpoint software • 2 or more years of experience in a technology implementation or consulting role • Understanding of networking, systems administration, and information security • Experience with Windows, *NIX, and macOS operating systems • Ability to manage multiple projects, schedule meetings, work independently, and demonstrate strong verbal and written skills • Knowledge of Information Security and Network Architecture concepts, including OIDC, SAML, HTTPS, and UAC • Creative problem-solving and out-of-the-box thinking in critical situations • Ability to track independent tasks and ensure accurate completion • MS AD knowledge is required • Previous experience with Palo Alto Networks solutions, cloud workloads, and endpoint management is preferred • AAD experience is preferred • REST API, JavaScript, and PowerShell scripting experience is preferred • Must not require immigration sponsorship; the company will not sponsor work visas for this position
