• Drive and orchestrate large complex sales cycles for Central & Local Government accounts • Lead and drive sales engagements and be a significant driver of company revenue and growth • Partner with internal teams to serve customers and provide consultative selling solutions • Position Palo Alto Networks' platform and zero-trust security architecture solutions • Develop detailed territory plans with clear goals and accurate forecasting • Leverage prospect stories to create compelling value propositions for accounts • Stay updated on industry news and trends and how they affect products and services • Travel as necessary within territory and to company-wide meetings • Participate in FLIGHT onboarding program and continuous learning
• Experience and knowledge of SaaS-based architectures, ideally in networking and/or security • Demonstrated experience in Central & Local Government in Public Sector in Rome • Experience selling complex solutions, value selling, and consultative sales techniques • Technical aptitude to understand how technology products and solutions solve business problems • Ability to identify problems, review data, determine root causes, and provide scalable solutions • Experience cultivating relationships with channel partners and channel-centric go-to-market approaches • In-depth knowledge of the full sales cycle and ability to follow a structured sales process • Holistic problem-solving skills considering complex interrelationships and outcomes • Excellent team working and time management skills; ability to work autonomously and coordinate extended account teams
